The Sunset, Unit I and Sunrise, Unit II have the following layout:
Sunset, Unit I (sleeps 14)
on the main level ... a bedroom with two queen beds
one bedroom with a queen, and another with a queen and one bunk set
two full baths with separate dressing and sink areas
living room with 2 queen futons

Sunrise, Unit II (sleeps 16)
on the main level ... a bedroom with two queen beds
one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and another bedroom with a queen bed plus one set of bunks
two full baths with separate dressing and sink areas
living room with 2 queen futons

The Sunset, Unit I and Sunrise, Unit II have the following layout:
