Winter Rates
- Nov. 28 through Dec. 19 - $190 per unit per night
- Christmas Week (Dec 21-Dec28) - $190 per unit per night
- New Year's Week ( Dec28 to Jan3) - $600 per unit per night
- January Value Season To Feb 13 - $250 per unit per night
- February 14 through March - $325 per unit per night
- April - $220 per unit per night
Five night minimum stay
Summer Rates
- Summer - $150 per unit per night for 6 people ($10 per night for each additional person)
Two night minimum stay

Family reunions,
business, play, weddings (we recently had an after wedding party for 150!).
All rooms are subject to Steamboat's 9.4% tax rate.
Deposits Required: Half of the room rate on reservations and the second half, plus tax, due 30 days before arrival.
