Winter Rates
- Nov.24 thru Dec 20 - $190 per unit per night
- Christmas Week (Dec 19 - Dec 24) - $250 per unit per night
- New Year's Week ( Dec25 to Jan1) - $500 per unit per night
- January Value Season To Feb 13 - $250 per unit per night
- February 14 through March - $290 per unit per night
- April - $190 per unit per night
Five night minimum stay
Summer Rates
- Summer - $150 per unit per night for 6 people ($10 per night for each additional person)
Two night minimum stay

All rooms are subject to Steamboat's 9.4% tax rate.
Deposits Required: Half of the room rate on reservations and the second half, plus tax, due 30 days before arrival.
